This week, I’m joined by podcaster and thru-hiker two times over Steve Adams! Steve, known by his trail name Mighty Blue, completed successful thruhikes in both 2014 and 2019. He started his podcast, “Mighty Blue on the Appalachian Trail: The Ultimate Mid-Life Crisis” in the years between the hikes and podcasted from the trail during his second go of it.
